This Privacy Policy explains how the Dream Interpreter mobile application ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use our app. By using the app, you consent to the processing of your information as described in this policy.

1.1. Information You Provide to Us

• Dream Content: The text descriptions of dreams you voluntarily enter into the app for interpretation.
• Profile Information: Optional information such as your zodiac sign or gender, which helps us provide more personalized astrological interpretations.
• Account Information (Optional): If you choose to create an account or log in using a third-party service (like Apple or Google Sign-In) to save your dream history across devices.

1.2. Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Data: We collect anonymous data about how you interact with our app, such as features used and time spent, to improve the user experience.
• Device Information: We may collect information about the device you use to access the app, including the hardware model, operating system and version, and unique device identifiers (e.g., for push notifications or advertising, if applicable).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the app's core functionality, specifically the AI-based dream interpretation service.
• Personalize your experience by using data like your zodiac sign to tailor interpretations.
• Store your dream history securely so you can access past interpretations.
• Analyze usage trends to enhance app performance and develop new features.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We use third-party services (e.g., AI models like OpenAI or Gemini, cloud storage providers like Firebase) to process dream texts and store data. These providers access your data only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for other purposes.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Security and Retention

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. Your dream journal history is stored securely on cloud servers. We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the service to you, or until you delete your account or request data deletion.

Data Deletion & Account Termination You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. You can perform this action directly within the application by navigating to Settings > Delete Account.

When you request account deletion:
Personal Data: Your user profile, preferences, and subscription status are permanently removed from our database.
Content: All your recorded dreams, interpretations, and generated images are permanently deleted.
Authentication: Your login credentials (Firebase Auth ID) are removed.
Guest Users: If you use the app as a Guest, your data is stored only for that session duration. Logging out as a Guest will automatically trigger the permanent deletion of all your data stored on our servers.

5. Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or other age as required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our app's home screen or sending you a notification).
